Your answers will be sent securely to Oakley Health Group.
Our GPs will then review your answers and recommend advice or treatment.

We will contact you by phone (and in some instances by email) by 6:30PM on Thursday, 19 July.
Will I get a prescription?
The GP may offer you a prescription. You will be able to collect it from your practice or a local pharmacy.
Who can use this service?
In order to use this service:
- You must be registered at Oakley Health Group
- Your problem cannot be an immediate emergency
- If you are consulting for yourself, you must be over 18
